Pork and Cheese Quesadillas
serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 t garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground pork loin
- 1 can green chiles, chopped, undrained
- 8 ea small flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 C Mexican cheese blend, shredded
- green onions, chopped
- sour cream
- fresh salsa
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic, pork and chiles until done.
- Place four tortillas on a baking sheet, top with mixture then cheese, green onions and second tortilla.
- Broil on each side until crisp, then slice and serve with sour cream and salsa.
